All Sales Final
All purchases made on PicPlots are final. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellation, non-use, dissatisfaction, or change of mind.
Recurring Billing
Placement subscriptions renew automatically every month until canceled. You are responsible for canceling before the next renewal date to avoid the next monthly charge. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for any prior charges.
Cancellation and Release
If a subscription is canceled, unpaid, incomplete, or remains past due beyond allowed windows, the placement may be removed and released back to the board. No refund or credit will be issued for any remaining time on a canceled or released placement.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute does not constitute a valid refund request. Accounts associated with chargebacks may be suspended or terminated, and any active placements may be removed immediately.
